DialDao is a business directory and local services platform. Unlike traditional e-commerce platforms, we do not sell physical products. This policy covers refunds and adjustments related to our paid services, including subscription plans, advertising packages, service credits, and premium business features. We are committed to ensuring a fair and transparent refund process for all our users and business partners.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
2.1 Subscription Plans
Business owners who purchase premium subscription plans may request a refund under the following conditions:
- Refund is requested within 7 days of the initial subscription purchase
- The subscription features have not been substantially used (e.g., no leads generated, no premium listings created)
- Annual subscriptions may qualify for a prorated refund if cancelled within the first 30 days
2.2 Advertising Packages
Refunds for advertising packages are subject to the following terms:
- Full refund if the advertising campaign has not yet started
- Prorated refund for campaigns cancelled before 50% of the scheduled duration has elapsed
- No refund once more than 50% of the campaign duration has passed
- If DialDao fails to deliver the agreed-upon impressions or placement, a credit or refund will be issued
2.3 Service Credits
Service credits purchased on the platform:
- Unused credits may be refunded within 30 days of purchase
- Partially used credit balances are non-refundable but remain available for future use
- Credits do not expire unless the associated account is deleted
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Submit a Request: Contact our support team at support@dialdao.com with your account details, the service in question, and the reason for your refund request.
- Review Period: Our team will review your request within 3 business days and may ask for additional information if needed.
- Decision: You will receive an email notification with the outcome of your request, including any applicable refund amount.
- Processing: Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within the timeline outlined below.
4. Refund Timeline
Once a refund is approved, processing times depend on the payment method:

- Promotional or discounted services unless otherwise specified
6. Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may escalate the matter by emailing disputes@dialdao.com with a detailed explanation. Our management team will review the case and provide a final decision within 10 business days. We strive to resolve all disputes fairly and transparently.
