DialDao is a business directory and local services platform for Bangladesh. We provide a platform that enables users to discover, search, and connect with local businesses, restaurants, hotels, and various services. Business owners can list and manage their business profiles, upload catalogues, and receive leads from potential customers.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide a valid phone number to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
• You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information
• Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or businesses
• Post spam, duplicate, or irrelevant content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the platform without our consent
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform or its infrastructure
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content

5. Business Listings

5.1 For Business Owners

• You must be authorized to represent the business you are listing.
• All business information provided must be accurate and up to date.
• Business listings are subject to review and approval by DialDao.
• We reserve the right to reject, remove, or modify any listing that violates our guidelines.
• You are responsible for keeping your business information current.

5.2 Verification

Business listings undergo a manual verification process. Verification does not constitute an endorsement by DialDao. We make reasonable efforts to verify business information but cannot guarantee the accuracy of all listed details.

6. Reviews and Content

• Users may post reviews and ratings for businesses they have interacted with.
• Reviews must be honest, based on genuine experiences, and comply with our content guidelines.
• We reserve the right to remove reviews that are fake, abusive, defamatory, or violate these Terms.
• By posting content on DialDao, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform.
• You retain ownership of the content you create but are responsible for ensuring it does not infringe on any third-party rights.

7. Lead Generation

When users contact businesses through DialDao, their contact information may be shared with the respective business. DialDao acts as an intermediary and is not responsible for the quality of services provided by listed businesses or the outcome of any transactions between users and businesses.

8. Intellectual Property

• The DialDao name, logo, and all related branding are our trademarks and intellectual property.
• The platform's design, code, features, and content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by DialDao.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without written consent.
• Business owners retain rights to their business logos, photos, and content they upload.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• DialDao is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any business listing, review, or content on the platform.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
• We are not responsible for any disputes between users and businesses.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to DialDao in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DialDao, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Termination

• You may deactivate your account at any time by contacting us.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.
• Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately.
• Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability and indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of DialDao after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
