Tap "Login" and enter your phone number. You will receive a one-time password (OTP) via SMS. Enter the OTP to verify your number and your account is created automatically. You can then complete your profile with your name, email, and interests.

Yes, DialDao is completely free for consumers. You can search for businesses, read reviews, save favourites, and contact businesses at no cost. Business owners can also create a basic listing for free.

Tap the "Free Listing" button in the header or navigate to Business Tools. You will be guided through a step-by-step form where you provide your business name, category, address, contact details, working hours, and photos. Once submitted, our team reviews your listing and approves it within 24 to 48 hours.

Go to Business Tools from the header menu, select the business you want to edit, then click "Edit Business Profile." You can update your business name, description, address, contact numbers, working hours, photos, social media links, and catalogue items. Changes to your business name or address may require re-verification.

Our team typically reviews and approves business listings within 24 to 48 hours. You will receive an in-app notification and SMS when your business goes live. If additional information is needed, we will contact you through the platform.

Yes, you can list as many businesses as you own. Each business goes through the same listing and approval process. You can manage all your businesses from the Business Tools section.

Go to Business Tools, select your business, and open the KYC section. Upload a valid trade license or business registration document, a national ID of the business owner, and optionally a utility bill matching the business address. Our verification team reviews submissions within 2 to 3 business days.

The verified badge indicates that a business has completed our KYC verification process. It means the business has provided valid documentation confirming their identity and legitimacy. Verified businesses appear more trustworthy to potential customers.

The Profile Score measures how complete your business profile is, out of 100%. It considers factors like having a business name and category, complete address with map location, verified phone number, configured working hours, uploaded photos, and business description. A higher score helps your business rank better in search results.

Use the search bar on the homepage to find businesses by name, category, or service. You can also browse by category or use location-based search to find businesses near you. Filter results by distance, ratings, and more.

Open the business profile page to see their contact details including phone number, address, and working hours. You can tap the phone number to call directly, view their location on the map, or submit an enquiry through the "Send Enquiry" button.

Yes, tap the heart icon on any business listing to add it to your Favourites. You can access all your saved businesses from the Favourites section in your profile. Favourites sync across your devices.

Go to Edit Profile from your profile sidebar. You can update your name, email, birthday, city, and other personal details. You can also change your profile picture and select your interests for personalized recommendations.

Go to Change Language from your profile sidebar. DialDao supports English and Bengali. Select your preferred language and tap Save Changes. The entire platform will switch to your chosen language.

Contact our support team at support@dialdao.com with the phone number registered to your account. For security, our team will verify your identity before making any changes. If you simply need to log in again, use the Login button and request a new OTP.
